World's Longest Shish Kebab
The Avazi Restaurant in Israel set out to make the longest kebab in the world. The longest shish kebab in the world measured about 3.5 meters long, or about 11.5 feet. This record was set on April 21, 2007 in Israel. It looks like it must have been a great celebration afterward getting to eat such a delicious looking, not mention impressive world record. Food world's records are the best kind, because they get to be enjoyed in a way that some other records cannot be enjoyed. The only concern is that the record keepers be sure to measure it quickly enough so that the food does not get too cold before people get the chance to eat it.
